Where You Can Play

Most of the country is open. A small group of states is not, and the operator terms decide your account.

Filed August 2026 — eighteen funded accounts

Why It Varies

Availability

Availability comes from state promotions law, state gambling law, and how much risk each operator is willing to carry. That last one causes most of the confusion, because two operators can read the same statute and reach opposite conclusions, and one will accept players in a state its competitor refuses.

What eighteen accounts showed

  • Open nearly everywhere: the large majority of states were accepted by every operator, at eighteen or twenty-one depending on site and state
  • Blocked by all: a small group was excluded across the board, with Washington and Idaho the most consistent and Michigan and Nevada excluded by most
  • Split: several states were accepted by some and refused by others, which points to differing legal advice rather than settled law
  • Changed mid-year: more than one operator withdrew from a state during our testing window

The two minute check

Open the operator terms and search for excluded, prohibited or ineligible. That list binds your account, not any summary elsewhere including this page. Confirm the minimum age for your state, and remember eligibility follows where you physically are rather than where you live.

Not legal adviceNothing here is legal advice. If it matters to you, read the operator terms and ask someone qualified in your state.

Location checks

Every operator in the notebook verified identity before redemption and checked location at signup and at withdrawal. Masking location breaches the terms at all eighteen, and the usual result is a frozen balance.
